Overview
Ice House is looking for a friendly, dependable, and fast-paced Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, cashiers play a major role in creating a great customer experience both in-store and over the phone.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking customer orders accurately in person and by phone
- Operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions
- Assisting customers with menu questions and specials
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
- Keeping the front counter clean, stocked, and organized
- Helping maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
What we’re looking for:

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Restaurant or cashier experience preferred, but not required
