Experienced Suspension, Lift Kit & Alignment Technician
ICWT (Ice Creams Wheels & Tires) – Mesa, AZ
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
ICWT is one of Arizona's premier custom automotive shops specializing in wheels, tires, suspension systems, lift kits, leveling kits, lowering kits, brakes, tint, and aftermarket upgrades.
We are looking for an experienced Suspension, Lift Kit & Alignment Technician who can immediately contribute to our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are not looking to train someone on suspension work or alignments. Applicants must already have hands-on experience performing lift kit installations and wheel alignments independently.
Required Experience
Applicants must have proven experience with:
- Wheel alignments
- Lift kit installations
- Leveling kits and lowering kits
- Upper control arms
- Shocks and struts
- Suspension and steering diagnostics
- Ride quality and drivability troubleshooting
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of lift kit installation experience
- At least 2 years of wheel alignment experience
- Experience working on trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, and off-road vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Install lift kits, leveling kits, lowering kits, and suspension components
- Perform complete wheel alignments
- Diagnose suspension and steering concerns
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Follow all shop safety and quality-control procedures
