Ice Cold Air Complete Auto Repair on Sligh Avenue is looking for a strong, results-driven Service Manager to take an already high-volume shop to the next level of profitability. This location has the car count and opportunity; now it needs a leader who can grow sales ethically, develop the team, and tighten up processes so every customer and every ticket counts.
As the Service Manager, you will:
- Drive sales by properly presenting inspections, building value in recommended services, and improving close rates and average repair order.
- Monitor key metrics (car count, hours per RO, GP%, labor and parts sales) and take action to improve them week over week.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience with strong communication, clear expectations, and timely follow-up.
- Maintain shop flow, coordinate dispatch, and support accurate, efficient estimating and parts sourcing.
