The organization is also actively expanding into China, Canada, and Australia, advancing its global development strategy to build a truly international community emergency training ecosystem.The Channel Management Specialist is a frontline executor of standardized operational workflows, ensuring that all site information, scheduling tasks, instructor coordination, and issue handling strictly follow the SOPs established by the Channel Operations Manager. This role maintains the day-to-day health of training sites, supports data accuracy, and ensures smooth class operations across assigned regions. This is a structured, process-driven role. Specialists help keep the entire ALLCPR site network running predictably and professionally, laying the operational foundation for national-scale growth.Key Responsibilities:Regional Operations Oversight: Manage daily scheduling, logistics, and communication for CPR training classes across assigned regions.Instructor Coordination: Maintain instructor rosters, assign substitutes, and ensure classes are adequately staffed.Venue Management: Oversee training site readiness, equipment availability, and facility compliance with safety standards.Incident Resolution: Respond promptly to operational disruptions, double bookings, or emergencies to maintain smooth delivery.Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly updates on class outcomes, instructor performance, and regional operational metrics.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations, business management, communication, or any related field.Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, coordination, or scheduling roles.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and scheduling or CRM software.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.Preferred Background: Prior work in healthcare, education, or multi-location operations management.Key Attributes:Calm and composed when managing multiple time-sensitive tasks.Reliable and accountable with strong ownership of regional performance.Effective communicator across diverse teams and instructors.Quick problem-solver who maintains high operational standards.Mission-driven and adaptable in a dynamic training environment.
