The Industry Consortium for Advanced Technical Training (ICATT) is a network of high-tech companies in need of ambitious and driven individuals looking to embark on an exciting career in logistics and supply chain as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist Apprentice. As an apprentice, you receive on-the-job training in, while pursuing an all-expenses-paid AAS Degree at Southwest Tennessee Community College. As a Supply Chain Apprentice, you’ll learn how products move through a company from when they arrive to when they’re shipped out while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Our network company, Arvato, is eagerly seeking a mechanically inclined individual to train as an apprentice in warehouse logistics.
Start Date: Summer 2026
What is the ICATT Apprenticeship Program?
- Three-year “earn while you learn” program. Get paid an hourly wage and as well as a student stipend
- Get your tuition at Southwest Tenneessee Community College paid for by your company
- Combination of classes at college (2 days/week) and hands-on training (3 days/week) with ICATT Network Company Arvato
What are the requirements?
- High School Diploma or GED - recent High School graduates welcome!
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Meet placement requirements for enrollment at Southwest Tenneessee Community College
- Veterans are welcome! ICATT is G.I. Bill certified
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to and from work/school
- Employer-specific requirements may apply
- Positions are entry level
