## *About the Position*

We are seeking a *reliable, organized, and customer‑focused* Assistant to join our Health Insurance Agency. This role requires someone who is *bilingual (English & Spanish), professional, patient, and able to provide **undivided attention* to every customer. If you are already health insurance licensed or willing to become licensed, we want to meet you.

## *Key Responsibilities*

- Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish

- Assist clients with applications, policy questions, updates, and documentation

- Handle calls, messages, and walk‑ins with *kindness, patience, and professionalism*

- Follow directions accurately and maintain an organized workflow

- Demonstrate a strong *sense of urgency* when resolving customer needs

- Maintain accurate records and data entry

- Support agents with administrative tasks

- Protect customer privacy and follow compliance guidelines

## *Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Bilingual: English & Spanish*

- Licensed in Health Insurance *or willing to obtain a license*

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Reliable, dependable, and punctual

- Positive attitude and a friendly smile

- Problem‑solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure

- Proficient in *Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows*

- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow instructions

- Available to work *weekends*
