ICare Psychiatry is a growing mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, ADHD testing, GeneSight testing, and Spravato treatment.
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, dependable, and bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is especially important as we continue expanding services to better support our diverse community.
Position Summary
The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our patients and helps create a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment. This position combines customer service, scheduling, administrative, and organizational responsibilities to support the clinic’s daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient coordination
- Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Help maintain a clean, calm, and organized front office environment
- Protect patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
- Assist Spanish-speaking patients with communication and scheduling needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare or mental health office experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Fluent in both English and Spanish required
