About the Role
iCare Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Integrated Outpatient Clinic as an Independent Contractor.
The SLP will provide diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic treatment, and consultation for children and adults with communication, language, speech, and swallowing disorders. This position plays a key role in supporting members’ overall communication abilities and quality of life, in alignment with ASHA, AHCCCS, and ADHS standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing assessments.

Develop individualized therapy plans with measurable goals and evidence-based strategies.

Deliver therapy sessions (in-person and/or via telehealth) for pediatric and adult populations.

Implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies when appropriate.

Educate families and caregivers on carryover techniques and home practice.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including therapists, behavioral health professionals, and medical staff.

Participate in case reviews, consultations, and ongoing professional development.
