Position Summary:
iCare Health Services is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide contract-based speech therapy services at our Integrated Outpatient Clinic. The SLP will evaluate,
diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing
disorders. Services may be delivered in the clinic, in clients’ homes, or in community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with Arizona and ASHA
guidelines
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to children and adults with developmental, cognitive, behavioral,
or acquired communication disorders
• Provide diagnostic services for communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of services and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and standards
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and case reviews as needed
• Utilize evidence-based practices and culturally competent approaches to care
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association (ASHA)
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Arizona Department of Health
Services (AZDHS)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for home- and community-based services)
• Background clearance in compliance with Arizona regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient or behavioral health settings
• Experience with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, or mental health
conditions
• Familiarity with AHCCCS and Medicaid documentation standards
Contract Terms:
• Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Flexible hours; must meet service demands and documentation timelines
• Compensation: $55 to $65 per hour, depending on experience and caseload capacity
Salary : $55 - $65
