Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable HCBS Manager to oversee daily operations of our HCBS and group home programs. The HCBS Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, maintain quality care standards, and support the overall success of our services and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of HCBS and group home services
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Lead staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and licensing requirements
- Review incident reports, documentation, and timesheets for accuracy and completion
- Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor member health, safety, and service quality
- Communicate with case managers, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in audits, inspections, and investigations as needed
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and maintained
