About the Role:
iCare Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Group Home Manager to lead the daily operations of one or more residential homes serving individuals with developmental, behavioral, and mental health disabilities. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for residents while managing staff, compliance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee resident care and support, ensuring medical, emotional, and personal needs are met

Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)

Supervise and schedule Direct Support Professionals (DSPs); provide training and coaching
-
Ensure compliance with DDD, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations
-
Coordinate medical appointments, medication administration, and crisis interventions

Manage household budget, resources, and maintenance
-
Maintain open communication with families, case managers, and healthcare providers

Support resident engagement in community and recreational activities

Approve staff timecards and verify attendance for payroll processing
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, or related field (preferred)

Master’s degree (a plus)
Experience:

3–5 years in a residential/group home setting

2 years in a supervisory/management role

Experience with person-centered planning and compliance documentation
Certifications (Required):
