Job Summary:
iCare Health Network (IHN) is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Manchester, Connecticut. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to screen and recruit new hires for our facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing healthcare organization that is committed to delivering high-quality, specialized, and value-based post-acute care.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System to screen and recruit new hires for the facility
• Conduct phone interviews and applicant screenings
• Monitor facility Master Schedule to manage open positions
• Communicate with facilities to provide updates on hires and positions
• Provide feedback to Recruitment Team on hiring activity
• May require assisting HR and HR Staff Assistant with new hire orientation and all onboarding documents
• Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
• At least one year's experience working in the recruitment field, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
• Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required
• Ability to maintain confidential information, required
• Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and social media for recruitment preferred, but not required
