iCare is seeking In-House Counsel to assist the company’s Chief Legal Officer in supporting the various legal needs of the company’s managed nursing facilities. The position is full-time (40 hours) hybrid, based in Manchester, with travel throughout Connecticut and periodic travel outside of Connecticut.
Responsibilities/Areas of Practice:

Responsibilities/Areas of Practice:
- Corporate/governance
- Litigation (collections, employment, general liability)
- Employment law
- Contracts
- Probate
- Regulatory compliance
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills (writing sample required)
- Admission to Connecticut bar (additional admission to Massachusetts bar preferred but not required)
- 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavily-regulated health care environment
