The Float IP/PDC/Wound Nurse serves as a clinical support resource across all affiliated skilled nursing facilities. This position provides interim coverage for Infection Preventionist/Professional Development Coordinator (IP/PDC) absences, supports wound care management, delivers clinical education, and ensures compliance with infection prevention protocols and survey readiness. The ideal candidate is IP and IV certified, adaptable, and willing to travel between multiple buildings to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

They must also have:
- Current RN license (state-specific, active, and in good standing).
- IP and IV certification required.
- Wound care certification preferred.
- CPR Instructor certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong working knowledge of NHSN reporting systems and infection control standards.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., PCC).
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and clinical teaching skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to all affiliated buildings.
- A base pay of: Based on Experience.
