Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, VA Position. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across iCare Financial’s verticals. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, developing online marketing content, coordinating digital advertising, and monitoring campaign performance. The specialist will analyze web and campaign metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals is an important part of this role.

About the Position
• This is not a basic job-posting position.
• We are looking for someone who understands recruiting marketing and can consistently generate qualified applicants using Facebook advertising and other recruiting channels.
• We plan to hire more than 100 Filipino team members over the next 18 months across customer service, operations, sales support, administration, and management positions.
• Your primary responsibility will be helping us build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Run Facebook and LinkedIn recruiting campaigns
• Design ad creatives and write ad copy
• Launch, manage, and optimize recruiting campaigns
• Post jobs across multiple recruiting platforms
• Manage applicant flow and recruiting pipelines
• Track recruiting performance and results
• Coordinate with management regarding hiring needs
• Help improve recruiting systems and processes as the company grows
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience running Facebook ads
• Experience recruiting remote workers is a PLUS
• Experience creating ad creatives and recruiting copy
• Strong understanding of where Filipino job seekers search for opportunities
• CRM experience required (Zoho experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to think critically and recommend improvements
• Professional communication skills
