Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solutions Consultant located in Sunrise, FL. The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for working closely with clients to identify their needs, providing presales demonstrations, and crafting tailored solutions using iCare's EHR platform. Daily responsibilities will also include collaborating with sales and project management teams, analyzing customer requirements, and advising on best practices to ensure successful implementations that align with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills to address client needs and translate them into effective software demonstrations
- Experience in Consulting and Presales within healthcare and/or technology sectors
- Proven skills in Sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
- Knowledge of healthcare technology, especially EHR systems, is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is a plus
