Responsibilities
The hourly range for this role is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities
- Support the senior recruiters to fill roles across various departments; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates to recommend to hiring managers.
- Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings and sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidates through various stages in our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data.
- Assist with on-going projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.).
- Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to discern skillset of top candidates.
- Provide a white glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.
- 2-5 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry is a plus
- Demonstrated experience to effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
