About The Role
iCapital is seeking an Associate or Assistant Vice President (AVP) to join the Analytics and Strategic Initiatives team, which supports Executive Management. This role is instrumental in advancing iCapital’s business intelligence capabilities and driving strategic growth. This individual will work directly with senior leadership to define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate business performance, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our market position and operational scale. The ideal candidate brings strong data analysis skills, fluency in Excel, and an aptitude for data visualization and storytelling to produce clear, executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards to monitor KPIs.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify patterns, anomalies, and whitespace opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to inform data-driven executive decision-making.
- Track and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives to measure effectiveness against growth objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop ‘big picture’ viewpoints across teams.
- Refine reporting frameworks continuously to streamline processes and accelerate time-to-insight.
- 3-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or strategic finance
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights
- Fluency in Excel, with experience managing large datasets and transforming raw data into structured quantitative analyses
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and drive projects from start to finish
- Strong collaborator and relationship builder who engages effectively across all levels and functions of the organization
