This is a sales role first. If you are a proven closer who also knows your way around a kitchen design, keep reading. If you are a designer who occasionally sells, this is not the right fit. We are looking for someone who walks in ready to perform, builds trust fast, and gets the order signed.

ROLE AT A GLANCE

Job Title:  Kitchen Cabinetry Designer & Sales Representative

Location:  North Fort Myers, FL (in-office or remote based on experience)

Job Type:  Full-Time

Compensation:  $65,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience and performance


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leads are provided. Your job is to connect with warm prospects, understand their kitchen vision, and close the sale. Design is your tool. Closing is your goal.


  • Consult with prospective customers to understand their kitchen goals, style preferences, and budget
  • Build accurate, compelling kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software
  • Present designs with confidence and adjust based on customer feedback
  • Own the full sales cycle from consultation to closed order
  • Maintain current product knowledge across cabinetry styles, finishes, materials, and hardware
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams on order accuracy and delivery timelines
  • Follow up post-sale to drive satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom environment (in-office candidates)


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Disqualifier: Zero hands-on experience with 2020 Design software is an automatic disqualification. No training will be provided. If you have never used it, please do not apply.


  • Proven, hands-on 2020 Design software experience (required, non-negotiable)
  • Documented sales closing track record with verifiable proof of performance:
  • Acceptable forms: pay stubs, sales rankings, awards, or verifiable employer references
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Open to coaching and willing to adopt our systems and processes without resistance
  • Strong computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple platforms


BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Not required, but candidates who bring these will stand out:


  • Experience with Sandler Sales methodology
  • Familiarity with MasterBrand Cabinets product lines
  • Online or remote sales experience (phone and video-based closing)
  • Comfort with CRM tools and digital sales platforms


LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

This role can be in-person at our North Fort Myers, FL office or fully remote, depending on your experience and skill set. Remote candidates will be evaluated on their ability to close via phone and video. Online sales experience is a strong advantage for remote applicants.

  • Adobe Programs
  • Calendly, Slack, Loom, JustCall
