What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts.
- Use proven collection strategies to secure payment resolutions and meet performance objectives.
- Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable collection regulations.
- Deliver a positive consumer experience while achieving collection goals.
Schedule
- First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT for training and onboarding.
- After Training: Create a schedule that works for you between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT, Monday-Friday.
- Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours per week required.
- No Evenings or Weekends!
Workspace Requirements

- Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset.
- Reliable, high-speed hardwired internet connection.

Qualifications
- 2 years of recent third-party collections experience required, including current or recent experience in a collection agency environment.
- Must reside in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or Illinois.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
