Job Summary
As a Data Specialist, you'll monitor, manage, and escalate incoming/outgoing production file processing utilizing multiple applications and programs.
Location and Schedule
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings from 1:30 pm – 2:30 am.
After training is complete, this position will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, primarily remote with the ability to work onsite as needed.
Training will be at our Vadnais Heights, MN location.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing files according to the client/programming specification.
- Proactively responds to needs of both internal and external clients.
- Manage production and ensure all files are received and processed correctly.
- Process files using current data manipulation and encryption software.
- Assist Information Technology personnel and IS Department
- Resubmit abnormally ended jobs after determining problem and taking corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Candidates of all experience are encouraged to apply! Training is provided.
- Drug screen and FBI criminal background check are required.
- While not required – The Ideal Candidate will have experience with the following:
- CA Workload Automation/Autosys
- SharePoint
- MOVEit Automation by ipswitch
- MS Office
Compensation and Benefits
- $20-$25 an hour depending on experience
