When you join IC System, you join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Job Summary IC System is seeking a Business Development Representative for Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating small single placing prospects to become InstiCollect clients. Additionally, you will schedule appointments for Sales Representatives on both cold and warm leads.   Location Initial training will take place onsite. After training, the role requires 1 onsite day per week. Office days will be at our Vadnais Heights, MN location.    Key Responsibilities Contact potential clients for the purpose of acquiring new business.  Participate in proactive outbound call campaigns to lapsed clients to encourage use of service. Follow up on company-supplied leads on a timely basis. Follow up on marketing materials or set meeting requests after contact with a lead. Build rapport with clients, educating and training them on products, services, and procedures. Outbound prospecting campaigns to create meetings for all sales personnel. Achieve monthly goals for calls, appointments, and proposal.   The ideal candidate for this position would like to work on the phones and have strong persuasive speaking skills.   Preferred Skills and Experience Previous Salesforce experience Prior experience in the collection industry  Direct Sales Experience in healthcare or financial services industries     Compensation Base pay of $18-$20 per hour, plus opportunity for monthly commission.
