They design and deliver high-performance RF, microwave and mmWave hardware for mission-critical applications, and they’re scaling fast following major programme wins and a strong commercial year.
They’re now looking to add a Senior RF Engineer to their Cambridge site to strengthen their RF/mmWave capability and support the delivery of new, complex products. This Senior RF Engineer will play a key part in designing, developing and validating high-performance RF/mmWave circuits and subsystems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Technical
- Lead the design, simulation and development of RF and mmWave circuits, components and subsystems
- Perform RF system analysis, optimisation and troubleshooting on complex architectures
- Execute RF measurements, characterisation and validation on prototypes and production hardware
- Produce clear technical documentation including design notes, reports, test plans and results
- Ensure all designs meet spec, standards and customer/mission requirements
- Contribute innovative RF ideas to product and technology roadmaps
- Provide technical input into RFQs, proposals and customer discussions when needed
- Work with project managers and engineering leads to deliver designs on-time and to quality
- Support the transition from concept → prototype → volume manufacturing
- Collaborate with process/operations teams to ensure manufacturability and strong yields
- Assist in identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout development
- Work closely with electronics, mechanical, software and systems engineering teams
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers
- Present technical updates and design reviews as required
