Responsibilities
As a Senior Principal Engineer for Digital Design, you will take a leadership role in defining and deploying processes and methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Contributing significantly to the IP strategy in the field of Digital Design.
– Collaborating with a team responsible for infrastructure, methodology, and automation for IP Concept, Design, and Verification.
– Facilitating and encouraging innovation across boundaries, both within and outside the IP design organization.
– Observing and proactively acting on external and internal trends to drive advancements.
– Coaching and challenging new ideas, balancing risks and opportunities, and driving informed decisions.
– Engaging effectively with engineers, senior managers, and senior technical leadership to align on goals and strategies.
Qualifications
– A University Degree in a relevant filed
– At least 15 years of relevant experience in Digital IP Design.
– Expert understanding of Digital Design Methodologies and flows.
– Proven ability to develop complex digital designs targeting high-speed and/or low-power applications, with an in-depth understanding of the SoC implementation flow.
– Demonstrated ability to solve critical, high-complexity problems by leveraging expert networks and driving continuous improvement.
– Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and proposals effectively in both verbal and written forms, and the capacity to influence stakeholders.
– Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– In-depth understanding of Analog IP Design and Integration.
