- 5 Years of Full-Time Recruiting/Resourcing Experience
- 2 Years Corporate/In-House Recruiting Experience
- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment Experience
- Ability to Work With Managers, Directors and VP's to Gather Requirements and Understand Needs
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and High EQ
- Experience Recruiting Across Several Domains: Technology, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Highly Professional
- Bachelor's Degree
