Client is undergoing a rapid organizational restructuring within its AI Power Division, growing at 30% year-over-year, and requires a dedicated Principal Project Manager embedded directly within the High Performance AI product line (outside the central PMO) to own and oversee all capacity expansion and cost reduction initiatives as manufacturing transitions from external to internal factories, supporting a scaling infrastructure market.

What We are Looking for in a Principal Project Manager:
- 8 years of experience in program/project management, operations, engineering, product management, or a related role.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs in semiconductor or electronics industry
- Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives across product design, manufacturing, test, packaging, sourcing, and operations.
- Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Experience identifying and implementing BOM, yield, test, packaging, and supply chain cost reduction opportunities.
- Familiarity with product change management (PCNs), new product releases, and end-of-life (EOL) process.
- Self-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Ops., or Similar
Must Have Experience in Semicoductors, Preferably on the Power and Packaging Side.
Salary : $180,000 - $215,000
