Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient medication records and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in critical care and acute care settings to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform medication administration under the supervision of licensed pharmacists as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency in pharmacy operations, including knowledge of medication administration and aseptic technique.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, particularly in critical care or acute care environments.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and electronic health records is advantageous.
