Summary
We are seeking a proven Account Executive to support revenue growth across enterprise and high-performance storage environments. This role focuses on collaborating on strategic customer engagements, contributing to enterprise account growth, and supporting new business development within data-intensive industries.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience selling advanced data storage or related technologies and has exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles involving large commercial and global accounts.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to new business development and account expansion across enterprise, cloud, and high-performance computing customers
- Collaborate on strategic territory and business plans in support of revenue objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and technology leaders alongside internal stakeholders
- Support and execute the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation and qualification through negotiation and close
- Partner with internal teams to position differentiated value during customer engagements
- Contribute to customer success by helping ensure solutions meet both immediate and long-term workload requirements
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience selling enterprise technology, storage, cloud infrastructure, or related solutions
- Demonstrated performance against quota in competitive sales environments
- Familiarity with high-performance storage, scale-out NAS, HPC, AI/ML data platforms, or cloud storage services
- Direct experience managing accounts in EDA or IC design–focused environments, with involvement in planning, negotiating, and closing complex deals with large or global customers
- Experience at companies such as Siemens EDA, Synopsys, Cadence Design Systems, or data-intensive storage and cloud providers including NetApp, Pure Storage, DDN, VAST Data, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, earning credibility with senior leaders while collaborating effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams
- Sound business judgment with a record of delivering outcomes that balance customer needs, company objectives, and team success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment
Compensation
Salary Range (SVBA Applicants): $90,000 – $150,000 OTE
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
