Expert Networtk Pool: FIDIC Engineers / Road Construction Supervisors (m/f/d)

Employment type: flexible (freelance / contract-based or permanent employment – depending on preference and project scope)

Possible Roles

We realize highly complex, international large-scale projects and are continuously expanding our network of top-tier experts. For upcoming and new projects globally and locally, we are looking for experienced FIDIC Engineers (m/f/d) specialized in contract administration, site supervision, project controls, reporting and liaison, quality and compliance. This advertisement aims to expand our strategic expert network for future project assignments.

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

• Professional experience in FIDIC road construction supervision
• Proven experience as FIDIC Engineer, Engineer’s Representative, or in a senior FIDIC road supervision role
• Experience with IFI-financed project procedures, including projects financed by institutions such as EBRD, EIB, KfW, World Bank, or similar international financing institutions
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC procedures, contract administration, claims, variations, site supervision, and reporting processes
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an international project environment
• Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian or Albanian would be considered an advantage

What we offer & compensation

Since we fill these roles with maximum flexibility, the financial package will be tailor-made to the preferred cooperation model, the specific project requirements or project duration, and the respective deployment location:

• For freelancers / independent contractors: Compensation is handled via mutually agreed-upon hourly or daily rates, or milestone-based fees, depending on the project volume and complexity
• For permanent employment (outside of Austria): In the event of a permanent employment contract based outside of Austria, your compensation will be aligned with international market standards and adapted to the specific economic conditions, local tax structures, and cost of living of the respective project country. We guarantee a highly competitive salary package that fully reflects your international seniority and the complexity of the deployment
