Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs for seamless gutter systems, accessories, and related products for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, clearly explaining the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Consult with customers to understand their project requirements and recommend customized gutter solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, installation techniques, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with production, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotes, and follow-up communications.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the gutter, building materials, roofing, siding, or construction industry.
- Knowledge of seamless gutter systems, accessories, and related construction products.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to assess project requirements and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
