What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Admin position at IBP?
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets
- Responsible for arranging work schedules
- Manage job work tickets with the internal system
- Accountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites
Role requirements:
- Some customer service experience
- Knowledge of accounting and CRM software
- Fluent English/Spanish language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
