Ibotta’s engineering team is growing and we’re looking for an additional Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. At Ibotta, our engineering team is organized cross-functionally by squads that work on a variety of solutions for the company, including the platform used by our clients to gain the most value from their promotional spend. We’re looking for a senior manager that is inspired by mentoring a talented group of world-class engineers building client facing analytic and performance measurement solutions. A leader who can drive technical delivery, own outcomes over output, and engage with senior level product and business leader to guide the overall solution. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Additional Details: This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks and occasional meals. Base compensation range: $162,000 - $189,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
