Location: Hybrid – Fontana, CA Remote
Why this role
Help shape visuals across our tech training (HRS Academy) and IT services. You’ll design for campaigns, courses, and product UI—using today’s AI tools to move faster and ship smarter. It’s a volunteer role with real ownership: build a portfolio on live projects and pitch ideas that can become revenue for you and the business.
What you’ll do
· Design social sets, ads, landing graphics, print collateral, event kits, slide templates.
· Build UI/UX assets in Figma: high-fi mocks, components, and mini design systems.
· Create course visuals: diagrams, infographics, thumbnails, motion snippets.
· Use AI creatively (Midjourney/Firefly/DALL·E/Runway) for concepts, variations, and production speed.
· A/B test, read simple analytics, and iterate for higher CTR, sign-ups, and enrollments.
· Keep assets organized and reusable across brands; follow accessibility basics.
You’ll thrive here if you have
· A portfolio that shows strong typography, layout, and problem-solving.
· Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Figma proficiency.
· Hands-on experience with at least one generative AI tool for images/video.
· Clean file hygiene, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
Nice to have
· Motion/video chops (After Effects/Premiere/CapCut/Runway).
· Basic front-end awareness and component thinking.
· Light analytics literacy (UTMs, dashboards).
