As a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, you will guide clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, focusing on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. You will ensure seamless integration and optimal performance, leveraging your expertise in modern time tracking methodologies, global payroll regulations, and absence management best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design Efficient Time Management Processes: Design and configure time management processes to meet clients' specific needs, aligning with their policies and regulatory requirements. This includes creating efficient workflows and ensuring accurate time recording and leave management.
- Configure Payroll Structures: Develop and implement payroll structures that comply with global payroll regulations and clients' policies, ensuring seamless payroll processing and compliance.
- Lead Workshops and Training Sessions: Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, educating them on the effective use of Workday's Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, and providing ongoing support to address any questions or concerns.
- Manage Absence and Time Tracking: Oversee the management of absences and time tracking, ensuring alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements, and resolving any issues that may arise during system configuration or usage.
- Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Deliver post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting, to ensure the continued success of the implemented solutions.
