- Plan Implementation Approach: Plan the implementation of the Workday Talent Management and Learning modules, ensuring seamless integration into the client's business environment to achieve desired business results.
- Conduct Fit Analysis and Gather Requirements: Conduct thorough fit analyses and gather requirements to inform the configuration of the system, meeting the client's specific needs and objectives.
- Configure and Test the System: Configure the Workday Talent Management module and conduct unit testing to ensure high-quality delivery and resolve configuration and functional business issues.
