As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Integrations, you will implement and support the integration of Workday with other software systems, requiring a strong understanding of both the Workday platform and external systems being integrated. You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the integration, ensuring it meets the client's business requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Integration Planning: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Workday integrations with other software systems, ensuring alignment with client business requirements.
- Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement integration solutions that meet client needs, which may involve coding, unit testing, and rollout.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure the integration continues to meet client needs.
