Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a Veeva Vault Consultant with 5-6 years of experience to support and enhance implementations across Safety and Quality domains. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on configuration experience in Veeva Vault, along with functional exposure to Veeva Safety and/or Veeva Vault Quality.
This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and translating them into scalable Vault configurations.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault with Veeva certification in either Veeva Safety or Veeva Quality
- Experience with Veeva Safety and Veeva Vault QualityDocs
- Strong configuration skills: objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows
- Good understanding of security (roles, permissions, access issues)
- Knowledge of advanced Vault features like Dynamic Access Control (DAC) and Atomic Security
- Familiarity with GxP and validation concepts (CSV/CSA basics)
- Experience with data tools like Vault Loader or bulk uploads
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
- Ability to troubleshoot workflows, access issues, and data problems
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of industry standards such as E2B(R3)
- Exposure to testing, UAT support, and defect management
- Exposure to Veeva Vault Reporting and Dashboard functionality
- Familiarity with scripting, SDK, or advanced configurations
