Your Role And Responsibilities
You will work closely with experienced professionals to:
- Assist in account planning and stakeholder coordination for TLS renewals and expansions.
- Support the identification of opportunities for service uplift, expansion, and winback.
- Collaborate with internal IBM teams such as Brand Sales Specialists, Deal Makers, Ecosystem Sales Specialists, and Customer Success Managers.
- Learn to use IBM sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage opportunities.
- Participate in client conversations under guidance, helping to prepare materials and follow-ups.
- Gain exposure to IBM’s Technology Lifecycle Services portfolio and understand its value proposition.
- Develop foundational skills in sales execution, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
