Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Monitoring: Track WIP inventory throughout the production process, ensuring accuracy of inventory levels and smooth transitions between production phases.
- Data Analysis: Analyze WIP inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies, offering actionable insights to improve production efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Reporting: Generate reports on WIP inventory metrics, providing visibility into production flow, stock levels, and process efficiency; present findings to management.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth transitions through manufacturing stages.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in WIP inventory management practices, implementing lean principles and strategies to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
