- Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, applying deep expertise in Workday solutions to drive effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure that solutions meet their requirements.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Deliver post-implementation support to clients, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that the Workday solution continues to meet their evolving business needs.

- Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Experienced in resolving complex configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday solutions.
- Implementation Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
