Identity governance (AccessHub) in IBM is one of the key initiatives, it brings "who has access to what" data into a single pane of glass. AccessHub is a milestone in online access, security, and control for IBMers. The AccessHub initiative, sponsored and directed by the office of the CIO, is being undertaken to help standardize the access management experience for all types of users across the global IBM enterprise.
The Solution is built on a modern tech stack and is built by an incredibly friendly and hard-working group of engineers. We are always looking to better ourselves and each other throughout the process of building this solution and are excited by the chance to have new people to work with and learn from!
The CIO Identity team is seeking a team member who eager to immerse themselves into multiple IGA squads and help us build, grow, maintain, and support Identity Access Management/Governance solutions. We are looking for someone who has a broad range of qualities to help us create the next generation of scalable systems at IBM.
Key qualifications include organization, attention to detail, time management and a deep passion for professional growth. Following are the core responsibilities:
Remote work is permitted - East Coast, Central, or Mid-West preferred because the team's schedule is Eastern.

- Organize multiple simultaneous work efforts with diverse teams (business and technical)
- Advocate on behalf of key stakeholders for new features and enhancements
- Convert tasks to milestones and partner with responsible parties to ensure on-time completion
- Interpret existing/draft new business needs and refine into contained, deliverable, and valuable features
- Work with architects and other engineers to lay out technical plans
- Participate in user centric testing
- Work in an agile environment to iterate and improve the technical stability and overall user experience of the platform.
- Successfully complete assigned work
