Your Role And Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable Golang-based tooling that enables Confluent Cloud teams to deliver software safely, securely, and efficiently
- Own and drive end-to-end execution of complex projects in production environments, with a strong focus on quality and reliability
- Apply industry best practices and modern design patterns to create innovative, best-in-class solutions
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders, bringing a customer-first mindset to support a wide range of use cases and teams
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or cloud networking
- Strong foundation in systems design, development, and low-level concepts (OS, networking, storage)
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Proficiency in Go, C , Python, or other statically typed languages
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience working on developer productivity tooling
- Experience with EKS, GKE or AKS specific Kubernetes distributions
Salary : $131,000 - $245,000
