Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Business Process Automation, you will advise clients in the Financial Services Industry on reengineering processes and provide solutions to solve industry-specific problems. You will leverage your knowledge of industry trends, marketplace directions, and modern technologies to drive business transformation.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Business Vision and Blueprint: Assist clients in creating a business vision and blueprint, aligning business operations and processes with organizational strategy, and defining a roadmap to achieve their future business function vision.
• Optimize Business Operations: Help clients improve profitability through enhanced cost management, reduced working capital, and increased asset utilization, selecting and implementing solutions to achieve these goals.
• Implement Shared Services and Outsourcing Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement shared services and outsourcing solutions, improving operational cost-effectiveness.
• Design and Implement Solutions: Work with clients to select, design, and implement solutions, including GenAI, Automation, Robotics, BPM, and Decision Engines, to drive business transformation.
• Provide Industry Expertise: Offer broad knowledge of Financial Services to help clients navigate industry trends and directions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Industry Trends and Directions Knowledge: Experience with trends and directions in the Financial Services Industry, including marketplace dynamics and key players, to inform business transformation strategies.
• Modern Technologies Expertise: Experience with modern technologies and tools, such as GenAI, process mining, Automation, Robotics, BPM, and Decision Engines, to drive business process automation and optimization.
• Business Operations Optimization: Experience in optimizing business operations and processes to improve profitability, reduce working capital, and increase asset utilization.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Experience in designing and implementing solutions to achieve business transformation, including shared services and outsourcing solutions.
• Financial Services Industry Acumen: Experience working in the Financial Services Industry, with broad knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
