- Technical Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in tools such as OIC, VBCS, and PCS, with the ability to leverage them to deliver successful solutions.
- Complex Solution Implementation: Experience implementing complex solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and remain aligned with organizational objectives.
