- Ensure Contractual Compliance: Oversee and manage contractual deliverables to ensure compliance with the project charter or contract.
- Apply PM Methodologies: Utilize expertise in project management methodologies to drive project success.
- Coordinate Resources: Coordinate staffing requirements, including IBM, client, and third-party vendor resources, to meet project needs.
