Your Role And Responsibilities

Our Managed Services practice is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits Consultant to support US benefits processes and serve as a key resource in the ongoing administration, optimization, and integration of Oracle Cloud Benefits with other HCM applications. This is a fully remote, full-time permanent position open to candidates in the U.S.

• Consult on best practices related to benefits administration, enrollment, and compliance.
• Be an expert in the support of Oracle Cloud Benefits applications.
• Provide best-practice guidance on benefits business processes and system configuration.
• Have a strong understanding of the integrations between Benefits and Payroll, ABM/OTL and Compensation.
• Act as the Oracle Cloud Benefits SME to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle Cloud Benefits configurations.
• Create and update test scripts needed for functional testing.
• Maintain system-related processes and documentation and recommend procedural improvements.
• Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives and provide insight into industry best practices.
• Provide assistance in key benefits administration processes, including open enrollment, life event processing, eligibility management, benefits carrier integrations, and benefits reconciliation.
• Work with technical teams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions, reports and data validation activities.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Benefits Consultant, with 2 to 4 years of Oracle Cloud implementation or support experience.
• Experience supporting public sector clients, including state governments, counties, and cities, is considered an asset.
• Experience with monthly and quarterly Oracle updates, including impact analysis, testing, and issue resolution.
• Ability to lead the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment support.
• Experience gathering business requirements and recommending process improvements.
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer activities.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
