Works on billable engagements to provide support, advice and guidance on the correct application of a services solution or technique. Designs, develops and implements solutions by using standard methods, techniques and tools. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to developing recommendations for complete business solutions or technical applications. Builds stable working relationships internally. Works to improve verbal and written communication skills. Viewed by clients as a consultant. Works under the general supervision of a senior consultant or higher level AST employee. Performance is typically evaluated based on the quality of work product, verbal and written communication, as well as utilization. This role is subject to AST billing rates, productivity, utilization and total chargeability metrics. Only billable/direct client chargeable employees are to be placed in this role.
