- Document Benefits Process: Develop and maintain documentation of benefits processes to ensure compliance and facilitate communication to employees on program changes.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendors and drive business controls activities to ensure seamless delivery of benefits programs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Perform reporting and analysis to support benefits program management and optimization.
- Communication: Communicate benefits program changes and updates to employees, ensuring timely and effective notification.
