Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Hybrid Cloud & Data, you are a seasoned professional with deep expertise in supporting both sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains. You possess a strong understanding of complex, multi-practice engagements and are skilled in articulating integrated solutions that span advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities by developing strategic relationships with potential clients in one of the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing and Industrial Products.
  • Develop Trusted Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development and sales of differentiated solutions.
  • Design and Deliver Solutions: Draw upon expertise in one or more Practices within the Hybrid Cloud & Data Service Line (Cloud Advisory, Modernization and Migration, Data and AI, Application Development and Application/ERP Support) to design, develop, and integrate world-class solutions, accelerators, and outcomes for clients.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Focus on delivering financial success in engagements and services revenue generation, driving growth and innovation for clients.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Deep Expertise in Cloud and Data: Experience with supporting sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains, with a strong understanding of complex, multi-practice engagements.
  • Solution Design and Integration: Experience with designing, developing, and integrating world-class solutions, accelerators, and outcomes, drawing upon expertise in one or more Practices within the Hybrid Cloud & Data Service Line.
  • Integrated Solution Articulation: Experience articulating integrated solutions that span advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development and sales of differentiated solutions.
  • Services Revenue Generation: Experience managing and delivering billable client activities, ensuring financial success in engagements and services revenue generation.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Deep Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud infrastructure, migration, and management, with the ability to design and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet client needs.
  • Data Analytics Knowledge: Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • AI Solution Development: Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that meet client needs.

Salary : $151,000 - $260,000
