- Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success

- Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges
- Interest in one or more of the following types of consulting: strategy, business transformation, or experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Preferred majors: Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance (for ERP roles).
- Can understand clients' needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data driven recommendations
- A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
- Demonstrated foundation in quantitative analysis, ability to develop data driven recommendations
- Exposure to programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, Python), a basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) and AI concepts.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and simple financial models
- Awareness of supply chain concepts
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Agile, Jira) is also a plus.
- Basic ETL/ELT projects, data warehouse design, data engineering capstones, data governance is a plus
- Entry level certifications relevant to area of expertise (Cloud Practitioner, Admin, Vendor Student Certs, SnowPro Core, Databricks Associate, etc.).
